Crystal Light Therapy
Crystal Light Therapy consists of seven specially-cut crystals that are suspended about you and positioned approximately 12 inches above each of the major chakras of the body. With a small cloth covering your eyes and soothing music playing in the background, light flows through each crystal in alternating patterns to generate a field of energy from the root to the crown chakra. The crystals produce a stable, consistent stream of energy that raises the body’s vibrational frequency by interacting with the water in the body’s cells, amplifying the body’s natural systemic functions for increased physical, emotional, and mental wellness.
